The better part of voice training is listening, and we listen to each other via our spines! Voicework at its core, is learning to listen deeply and with empathy.

Delivered as a series of small working groups, these sessions introduce participants to voice training principles based in Fitzmaurice Voicework®, and nervous system regulation strategies from Vāchikā Voicework. The sessions are based on life-affirming concepts that are explored within these somatic practices in an immersive manner.

The work inherently addresses issues of burnout through presence work and integrating body-mind for nervous system regulation. Each individual and group is unique, so we first set up a brainstorming session to understand specific organisational needs, goals, and challenges. Group and team performance is enhanced remarkably when members feel heard and seen.
