Mallika is a world-class artist and I found myself incredibly fortunate to be learning from her. Not only did I learn life-transforming Fitzmaurice Voicework, but I also learned highly effective traditional Indian breathwork practices. Mallika spices all physical and vocal learning with captivating scientific, philosophical and personal facts, questions and stories. I was stimulated on every level and am so eager to continue learning and growing in this work. And while I took so much away from the rich workshop, I was consistently impressed by the balance in the structure. I never felt too tired or overwhelmed to learn more physically, vocally, intellectually or spiritually. In fact, the pace was just right. I was also fortunate enough to learn this work at a retreat in the beautiful and peaceful Kerela where Mallika thought of everything! Little surprises awaited participants on every day of the workshop to complement our learning and growth. Mallika also helped us set up trips to the local village, boat rides and even arranged for a new suitcase to be brought to me when my zipper broke. Do yourself a favour and learn from Mallika. You will not be sorry!

'Voice Essentials' is a superb workshop, and Mallika is an amazing teacher/facilitator. I've worked in the theatre for 20 years and have done countless voice workshops, as both conductor and participant, but this was nothing like a regular theatre voice workshop. Irrespective of whether you're looking to open up/ better your voice and sound quality or discover the ways in which your body holds emotions that might be restricting your voice/sound/breath (even if you're unaware of it)..... be prepared to be surprised at what you receive and take back. For me-this has been a journey of discovery. And, I can't thank Mallika enough for sharing this work with us.

I first met Mallika via an online group teacher Fitzmaurice Voicework workshop and immediately knew she was the teacher for me! Gentle, considerate, warm, playful and rich in experience, knowledge and technique, her style and energy made me feel safe, accepted, at home and curious to explore this amazing work. I instantly sought out her online offerings (I live in Australia) and experienced a magical 6 days online under her expert guidance and nurturing care. I cannot recommend Mallika and FV/Vachika enough, as a tool and journey to heal and develop both your voice and your soul. Thank you Mallika and I look forward to a lifetime of working together… hopefully one day face to face! So fabulous. Such a gift!

It was one of the most dynamic experience of learning. I have been working as an actor for around 15 years but what Mallika shared was so radical in a way that it really changed the way I looked at the voice. I would recommend working with Mallika for beginners and as well as people who are deep into their careers.

My first workshop experience with Mallika ma'am was in 2019, and it was a massive game changer. Every session I have participated in since then has provided a great shift in my sense of awareness around the articulation processes, its power, and finding oneself in the present moment. Her simple, lucid and effective facilitation has been immensely supporting this process. I will always recommend this work with her to anyone who wishes to explore the power of their own voices. Thank you, Mallika ma'am.

Fitzmaurice voicework is a powerful technique for releasing stress and tension using body postures and voice, opening the lungs, relaxing muscles - thereby letting the voice resonate through the entire body. Wonderful to learn from Mallika, who is an experienced and excellent teacher, with the sessions equally both experiential and informative. Highly recommend for voice artists, performers and anyone who wants to understand and work with body, voice and being.

I attended Fitzmaurice Voicework and Vachika session with Mallika Prasad Sinha two years back. It has helped me the best to assimilate my Voice practice, yoga as well brought me to a healthier and happier place. Mallika is a wonderful and generous teacher. Her free resilience Sunday sessions were a great gift of healing during the pandemic. I am grateful and look forward to Vachika certification with her.

Attending Mallika's voice yoga workshop; my nomenclature; was the second WOW moment for me as I was already totally won over by her performance in, along with everything of her play on the Mahabharat. Its concept was great; no doubt; and yet Mallika bagged much of the credit for making it outstanding. On this background when I attended the workshop; a lifetime experience for me; it was like 'OH! This is what you get in the NSD!!' Mallika is a passionate and excellent teacher; I experienced that she pours everything she wants to offer on the students.

Mallika is a very good teacher - even in the online format. She knows her subject well and is able to discuss a vast range of topics related to voice - from chakras and mythology to the practical use of voice - interweaving and combining Fitzmaurice and Vachika training. I am astounded by the amount of physical activity and breathing the voice requires. Over the six days, I had several 'aha' moments and enjoyed being a part of this program!

I was fortunate to be part of the fitzmaurice voicework & vachika retreat in Kerala . Its was one of a kind, with complete focus on voice. It was intriguing to know so much about voice and its subtle relation with breath, body and imagination. I genuinely felt the workshop will not only help us understand and improve our voice but also overall well being. Mallika is a huge warehouse of knowledge and has vast experience as an actor ,director and voice coach. Her offerings come from an experiential source. The systematic approach which involved specific practices will help us enhance our awareness and re-establish our relation with our breath and voice. Overall the retreat gave me a tool kit which I can use to groom my permorming skills. This retreat gave me some wonderful friends and conversations with them was a learning process in itself. The practices, the beautiful location and the beautiful people helped me break my regular pattern and rejuvenate my system.

FV processes are so authentic and powerful. They are so beautifully designed that connects our inner world with the outer world. I attended Mallika’s session online during lockdown and it helped me immensely to work on myself. A session with Mallika and Rachel Finely was amazing, full of learning surprises and filled with joyful learning experiences. I am looking forward to attend Voice workshop in person. My favourite part was sea-weed and breath work !!!
How making breathing sound was initially little uncomfortable and later on truly meaningful.
It helped me to tell myself
You are alive
You are human filled with possibilities
You are creative
You are empowered
Looking forward to know more and learn more as I apply these simple yet powerful voice ans bodywork … Sharing here the feelings and moments of first baby step in FV world. Nurturing and nourishing the voice of that little storyteller inside me..

This is most likely one of the best voice training there is in India today. It's a perfect blend of the theory and practice of effective voice production, useful for actors, singers and really anyone who is looking to develop their unique voice and expand their expressive self. I've just attended Vachika's first ever residential Fitzmaurce Voicework Retreat in Kerala and I have come away feeling empowered. Really stellar stuff!

If you are someone who is part of the creative arts in some manner, or someone interested in mind- body alignment, or even someone with a curiosity about the power of breath and it’s ramifications, then this is where you need to be headed. Working with Mallika is an extraordinary experience. It’s often difficult to describe in words when you suddenly recognise and feel your body through the mere act of breathing, move and expand. I highly recommend participating in this workshop.
